She used to know a woman who had a difficult job.

"You should see me all dressed up, sometime," said the acquaintance, over her shoulder, while rinsing cups at the sink. "You'd hardly recognise me. I have wigs and everything."

One day she sees a photo of a girl who looks like that woman, but with darker hair. She wonders if that's her, really her, because if it is, it might be wise to shut her mouth.
